Aquatectura : Projektmanagement of Three-Countries Park partnership at Stichting Euregio Meuse-Rhine
Duration : 2015-2020
Location : Belgium - Germany - Netherlands
Year : 2020
The Three-Countries Park (3LP) is a magnificent part of Europe and a landscape partnership at the corner of Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. In accordance with Article 9 of the European Landscape Convention on ‘cross-border landscapes’, the 3LP provides a landscape policy framework and a platform for exchange and cooperation between numerous actors from the three countries across borders.
Whether climate adaptation or biodiversity, water quality or post-mining heritage, these and other topics are challenges that, like the landscape itself, know no boundaries. The partners of the Three-Countries Park are therefore committed to jointly preserving and sustainably developing the beautiful bioregional landscape in the heart of the Euregio Meuse-Rhine.
Anja Brüll led the partnership for five years on behalf of the Stichting Euregio Meuse-Rhine. Since 2021, she has continued to coordinate the Three-Countries Park partnership as an employee of the EGTC Euregio Meuse-Rhine.
